A former National-level junior with over 25 years of experience, Ricky brings a wealth of competitive knowledge to the team. He specialises in Under 10s development, nurturing a love for the game while building the technical foundations necessary for county-level success. Since joining the club, Ricky has been instrumental in helping young players progress into regular competition and represent Berkshire County.

With over 20 years of experience and a Level 3 qualification in Personal Training, Chris brings a unique “whole-athlete” perspective to the court. He specialises in working with Performance Juniors and Adult Team players, focusing on technical skill and physical readiness. Chris aims to empower his players to become independent problem-solvers who leave the court feeling cared for and more self-aware.

James has been on the court for over 18 years, driven by a simple mission: to share his love for the game with anyone who wants to play. His coaching philosophy goes beyond the baseline; he focuses on making players emotionally capable of handling the stresses of competition. For James, helping a player grow as a person is just as important as improving their tactical game.

Mark offers a positive, calm, and deeply player-centred approach rooted in 15 years of coaching. As a practicing mindfulness practitioner, he excels at helping players (from first-time juniors to experienced adults) develop a resilient, focused mindset alongside a strong technical foundation. His goal is for every player to leave their session feeling more confident and genuinely proud of their progress.

Selena brings a wealth of experience to the team, from her time as a player, and an LTA Level 4 Senior Performance Coach. As an R1 Graded Referee and a tutor for the LTA, she has a unique perspective on the game as a player, coach, and official. Her goal is to create a professional, educational, fair, and positive tournament environment where players feel supported and respected.
