Working at Bradfield as a Tennis Coaching Assistant
AT Bradfield Tennis Centre we encourage junior players on our programme to become part of the Team.
There are potential career pathways for juniors aged 16+ to join our Team and funding may be available for suitable candidates.
The Level 1 Coaching Assistant course is the starting point for people who want to get into tennis coaching and become a coaching assistant for more information on Level 1 courses click here
The Level 2 Coaching Assistant course is aimed at those who want to further improve their coaching skills from Level 1. Careers and Training: Tennis Leaders Courses
Bradfield Tennis Centre run LTA Tennis Leaders courses throughout the year aimed at children 13 years plus, tennis leaders is an exciting programme which can help young people get the first step on the career ladder.
The content is suitable for older juniors just starting out on the tennis career pathway, right through to adult volunteers looking to support their local coach, referee or club official.
A tennis leader is someone that is able to support the coach and committee with the day to day running of the tennis venue and tennis programme.
